Borelli Construction continues to exceed expectations with one accomplishment after another.
FAMILY-RUN Borelli Construction has redefined luxury home construction and remodeling, according to the company.
Principal Vincent Borelli, who has more than 50 years of construction experience and is often tapped for advice by other builders, sees construction as artwork, with a feel for the importance of every detail — and how each one fits into the overall picture: a prestigious home.
“Guided by a strict set of principles, our goal is to exceed your expectations every step of the way,” the company states. “We take special care to make sure we are building or remodeling your home to reflect your lifestyle and individual tastes. We offer a high level of attention to detail, superior customer service and advanced building techniques.”
Vincent’s son and partner, Mark Borelli, also has decades of experience — nearly 30 years — in homebuilding and remodeling in the region.
“He is committed to serving our clients with excellence in every aspect of the building experience and beyond,” the company states.
Working with the father and son is a team of trusted vendors and project managers, many of whom have worked with the company since its beginnings and share the same values: quality and craftsmanship.
“We believe that communication is key to any good relationship and therefore are committed to listening to our clients before, during and after the building or remodeling process,” the company states. “Recognizing that the clients have chosen us, and that most of our clients are referred to us by past clients, we are dedicated to working honestly and fairly with each and every client, vendor, subcontractor and employee.”
Decades of building in many of Naples’ premiere neighborhoods has resulted in Borelli building some of the finest homes in southwest Florida, the company says.
Borelli builds dream homes from conception to completion with the goal of making even the most complex projects ones that exceed homeowner expectations while making the experience satisfying.
This March, according to Naples News, Borelli Homes has broken ground for a private residence in Firenze at Talis Park, a private, gated neighborhood within Talis Park, a gated golf course community being developed by Palm Beach Gardens-based Kitson & Partners.
Firenze has only 13 home sites, each of which measure more than one acre and offer long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf course.
Borelli is building a two-story residence with a coastal West Indies style and designed by Stofft Cooney Architects of Naples, the article said. The home speaks to Borelli’s ability to create lavish spaces.
The house encompasses nearly 10,500 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 14,600 total square feet — seven bedrooms and nine baths, plus a game room.
A master suite of the residence will be on the ground floor and will feature oversized his-and-her walk-in closets and a sitting area as well as a bath with separate his-andher vanities, a freestanding tub and clear glass shower enclosure along with European- style cabinets, designer bath fixtures and marble throughout the bath, the article said.
The ground floor will be a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, an island bar, upgraded European-style cabinets, granite countertops and walk-in pantry.
Outside, the residents can enjoy an outdoor living area that is protected from the elements by retractable screens and shutters. That space also includes an outdoor kitchen, a pool and spa.
Environmentally friendly solutions also are being used in building the home, such as LED lighting, and Borelli has created five residence plans available for the exclusive development. The projects demonstrate the companyfs take on every home „Ÿ an exercise in achieving higher standards.
"For every project, we strive for extreme quality and have perfected a hands-on approach to construction management utilizing the strictest of quality controls," the company states.
While some companies tout a capacity for excellence in new construction, Borelli is just as adept at remodeling or restoring properties - especially when it requires an artistic approach.
"Most people donft realize that remodeling requires more knowledge and expertise than is often needed to build a new one," the company states. gNew construction, while obviously a major technical challenge, begins with a blank canvas and/or a vacant lot.
"Remodeling projects begin with an existing home or building and requires seamlessly integrating all aspects of the work - design, structure and cosmetics - into the existing house," the company states. "Also, it can sometimes mean having to adjust and adapt to unanticipated discoveries after the project is under way."
Borelli specializes in custom remodeling and understands the challenge.
"As with our new construction, we provide the same level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality materials and competitive rates," the company states. "We employ only the highest level of craftsmen, which are trained to work in existing structures, allowing us to improve the form, character and integrity of your existing space in small or dramatic ways."
The company offers full and partial remodels, additions, code compliance updates and restoration, for homes, condominiums or commercial spaces.
The Borelli team can also serve as restoration specialists, with the ability to reconstruct residences or condos after a disaster.
"We are experts at identifying damaged areas and knowing what materials to order and will assign an immediate schedule to successfully repair and restore your property, all while interfacing with insurance carriers and following budgetary constraints," the company states.
No matter the type of project, Borelli works to enhance the health and well-being of occupants and protect natural environments with advanced green building techniques and amenities.
